There are a huge number of different types of flowers and plants in the world - each plant has its own legend, its own history, its own character, its own purpose.
Carnation is a flower known all over the world and for each country it has its own meaning. The ancient Greeks called it the "flower of Zeus", believing that the carnation is a flower of divine origin, and the ancient Romans cultivated carnations and decorated the imperial chambers with them. For them, the flower was a symbol of good mood, good luck and a symbol of true love. With the help of different shades of carnations, they conveyed secret messages to their beloved by attaching the buds to their clothes. Also, a carnation is a symbol of family well-being and mutual understanding, flowers worthy of only the elite. Later, red flowers became a symbol of the revolution. This flower is amazing and multifaceted, each era and each nation attributed a different meaning to the carnation!
